Power BI and Power Automate Specialist

As a Power BI and Power Automate Specialist in our company, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions for our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating client-requested reports in Power BI and automating processes using Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Development:
    • Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in Power BI based on client requirements. Ensure data accuracy and visual appeal to support business decision-making.
  • Process Automation:
    • Utilise Power Automate to streamline and automate business processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
  • Solution Implementation:
    • Collaborate with our teams to implement and customise software and ERP solutions. Leverage coding skills to extend functionality and integrate third-party applications.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their reporting and automation needs. Provide training and support to ensure they can effectively use the solutions developed.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the integrity and quality of data used in reports and automated processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI and Power Automate.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Power BI and Power Automate, including report development and process automation.
  • Skills:
    • Experience with either in Power BI, Tableau or QlikView in a data warehouse ecosystem
    • Strong understanding of Power Automate for automating workflows.
    • Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and SQL.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Coding skills in languages such as C# or similar are desirable
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Business central solution is appreciated
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate) are a plus.
  • Language: Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
