Today, User Experience is thankfully no longer an afterthought. OUR PROCESS

Product Discovery

Our projects start with defining not just the business requirements, but also the user requirements. For a product to become successful, it needs to be used. We discover the users’ needs and pain points employing a variety of formative research tools.

Product Definition

We continue by analyzing the information gathered, we create the personas and with them in mind we explore possible solutions for the business, using scenarios, diagrams or storyboards. We capture the information architecture, the user flows and the app’s visual identity.

Concept and design

Now we can get to the details: what type of navigation we’ll have, how many steps for the wizard, how exactly will a component work, how the illustrations and the iconography will look.  Our design covers all the screens, and its consistency and expandability are assured by creating and using a project style-guide.

Monitoring and review

We remain involved in our projects to make sure that the quality of our design will be reflected in the final product. We prepare and keep usability testing to further refine and improve our solutions. We employ various tools to asses a product or to measure its success.
